• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Artwork Approval:

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, spelling, colors, sizes, and placement details before production begins.

Once artwork approval has been received, Feel Mee Specialty Design's is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

5. Customer-Supplied Artwork:

Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, images, graphics, or artwork submitted for production.

Feel Mee Specialty Design's assumes no responsibility for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-provided materials.

6. Payment Terms:

Payment requirements may include full payment or a deposit before production begins.

Orders will not enter production until required payments have been received.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order due to non-payment.

7. Production and Delivery:

Production times vary depending on product type, quantity, artwork requirements, and order complexity. Estimated completion and delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Feel Mee Specialty Design's is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Supply chain interruptions
• Equipment failures
• Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Order Changes and Cancellations:

Order changes must be requested before production begins.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to charges for labor, materials, setup, artwork preparation, and other costs incurred.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom and personalized sales are final.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced due to an error on our part.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

10. Product Variations:

Slight variations in color, size, placement, print location, garment style, and product appearance may occur during production.

These minor variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
