At Feel Mee Specialty Design's, customer satisfaction is most important to us. We take pride in producing high-quality custom merchandise.

Returns & Exchanges:
At Feel Mee Specialty Design's, many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the unique nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom-designed, personalized, or made-to-order products.

Exceptions-may be granted if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if an error occurred during our production process. To be eligible for a replacement or resolution, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and the issue. Once reviewed, we will work promptly to resolve the matter and ensure customer satisfaction.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to correct any mistakes resulting from our production process.

If the item(s) you received are damaged, defective, please contact us within 24hrs. of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item received

Once reviewed, we will replace the item or provide an appropriate solution/refund at no additional cost.

Non-Custom Merchandise:

Non-custom merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unworn
• The item is in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Order Cancellations:

Orders for custom merchandise may only be canceled before production of said product begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
